Reporting includes but is not limited to line clearance report, hourly production board update, foam parameters checks and end of the shift report. - Anytime there is any abnormal performance condition going on that keeps the line from achieving the expected Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Attainment or any other key indicator goal, the Line Lead must report it immediately to his/her supervisor for action to be taken to determine a resolution for the issue. - As a prerequisite all Line Leads are to be certified in all core positions (screw gunning, foaming, cleaning and drain plug installing). - Prior to shift start up or at product change over, Line Lead must verify that DJR (Discrete Job Report) match each component listed and the finish product as whole. - Ensure the goal for Efficiency and Attainment numbers are met, 95% or above. Report any issues that are keeping the line from reaching 95% or above, immediately to the supervisor. - Line Lead is required to fill out Scrap Tickets (Non-Conforming Material Ticket) during and at the end of the shift, ensuring they are filled out properly and accurately with all the required information.
