Job Summary:   The Customer Experience Director will play a key role in defining and implementing a commitment to extraordinary service coupled with an enterprise Order Management (OM) process through customer and consumer service. The role will be responsible for working cross-functionally and benchmarking among industry peers to design Igloo’s service commitment to deliver nothing short of exceptional service. The Director will also be called upon to ensure alignment with Igloo’s Code of Coolness and our strategic plan. This position will serve as the steward of the customer service brand through ownership of the “order to ship” process from order placement through order fulfillment. They will also oversee Igloo’s third party consumer service team and ensure the highest level of service for our end users.
