Job Summary Statement:   This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating production shift activities and safety initiatives in a continuous fast paced, quality conscious, high-speed manufacturing operation; performing as a key member of a management team committed to World-Class Performance and department goals.   Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure all employees, both new and current, feel welcomed and are treated with respect as well as providing them with clear instructions/training along with the correct tools and PPE required. - Ensure safe working practices are followed and all accidents, hazards, near misses, and property damage are reported in the required time.
